¹²For the Lord’s eyes are upon the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer,
but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.

¹³Who is there, then, to harm you if you are eager to do what is right? ¹⁴But if you do suffer because of your righteous behavior, God’s blessing is upon you! “Don’t fear what they fear; don’t be disturbed.”
